  • The institution has 103 computers, which are regularly upgraded with new components, including RAM and other essential hardware.
  • All computers are maintained to ensure smooth functioning for academic and administrative purposes.

  • The college has four broadband connections with speeds of 60Mbps, 50Mbps, 20Mbps, and 20Mbps, ensuring seamless connectivity.
  • 16 routers are installed and regularly upgraded to provide high-speed internet across the campus.
  • Software
  • Open-source software is used for curriculum delivery to enhance learning experiences.
  • The college has a Microsoft Campus License, ensuring access to genuine software for faculty and students.
  • All computers are protected with licensed antivirus software to prevent security threats.
  • Windows Server 2016 is installed in the data center server, which is secured with a licensed flrewall for data protection.
  • Smart Classrooms & Projectors
  • The institution has one smart classroom equipped with EyeRIS sensing technology, enhancing the interactive teaching-learning process.
  • A proposal for three additional smart classrooms has been approved, and procurement has been initiated.
  • All classrooms are Wi-Fi enabled, and several are equipped with mounted projectors.
  • Mobile projectors are available for flexible use in various lecture halls.
  • Delivery of Curriculum & Examination System
  • A dedicated webcam is installed on the computer used for downloading University question papers, ensuring security and compliance.
  • CCTV surveillance is implemented for monitoring and security purposes.
  • Paper shredders and photocopying machines are available for administrative tasks.
  • Platforms such as Microsoft LMS, Google Workspace for Education (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar) are used for curriculum delivery, online exams, and communication.
  • Communication
  • All official communications are carried out using Office 365 and Google Workspace (Gsuite) with the omcial KGMITTAL domain.
  • Website
  • The college maintains an active website, hosted on its own domain.
  • The website is regularly updated with the latest notices, announcements, and academic information for students and stakeholders.
  • Office & Administration
  • The administrative staff is equipped with internet-enabled computers, printers, Xerox machines, and scanners for smooth workflow.
  • Biometric attendance is implemented for teaching and administrative staff. During the pandemic, a face recognition system replaced traditional biometric attendance for safety.
