26th July- Studio Visit- A studio visit to the VFX Institute offered students an immersive experience into the world of VFX, motion graphics, graphic designing, and video editing. It provided valuable insights into the creative processes, latest tools, and work culture of studio artists, helping students understand real-world industry practices and inspire their future careers.
24th Sep – A one-day field visit to Amigoz Academy was organized for second-year students to provide practical exposure and industry awareness in the aviation sector. Students learned about career opportunities, professional grooming, communication, and soft skills required in the industry. Interactive sessions with experienced mentors clarified misconceptions and shared real-world insights. The visit enhanced students’ understanding of industry expectations and connected theoretical knowledge with practical experience
The Student Development Session at MET provided hands-on experience in studio operations, focusing on chroma (green screen) technology, camera handling, and lighting techniques. Students gained practical knowledge of media production and studio workflows under expert guidance. Overall, the session enhanced technical skills and bridged the gap between theory and practical application.
Induttrial Visit to Chandigarh Manali
The industrial visit organized by SMT. K. G. Mittal College combined academic learning with travel to Chandigarh, Manali, and Amritsar. A key highlight was the visit to a solar energy plant in Dera Bassi, where students observed the manufacturing process of photovoltaic panels. The trip enhanced understanding of renewable energy, industrial operations, and sustainability. Students also gained cultural and geographical exposure through sightseeing and local industry visits. One Day Picnic to Imagica Water Park
7th Feb – A one-day picnic was organized for all students, teachers, administrative staff, and support staff at Aqua Mugica Water Park. The picnic aimed to provide relaxation, enjoyment, and strengthen bonds among all participants. Everyone enjoyed exciting water rides, fun activities, and shared meals together. The trip created a joyful atmosphere a memorable experiences for everyone.
