Auditorium Room Rules & Guidelines
Capacity Limits
- Maximum capacity is 100 people. For safety reasons, this limit must be strictly adhered to.
- Standing or additional seating outside of the designated capacity is not allowed.
Equipment Usage
- Audio/visual equipment must be handled by trained staff unless prior arrangements are made.
- Users are responsible for any damages to the auditorium equipment (e.g., microphones, projectors, speakers).
Please do not use the stage lights or projectors without prior instruction.
Noise Control
- Please keep noise levels in the lobby and surrounding areas to a minimum to avoid disruptions for other events or meetings.
- Sound amplification is limited to the auditorium space. Any external noise should be kept at a reasonable level.
Food & Drink
- No food or beverages are allowed in the auditorium without prior approval.
- If food is permitted, it must be consumed in the designated areas, not in the seating or stage area.
Respectful Behavior
- All attendees must respect the space and others in the auditorium. Loud talking, texting, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the building, including the auditorium.
- No photography or videography without prior consent from event organizers or venue management.
