Our institution has a well framed vision, for the achievement of which we provide training to the students in diverse areas. It acts as a driving force for the students to seek admission in our institution.
Taking into consideration the location of the college and background of our students, many employment oriented programmes are being organized to enhance the employability value of the students. Lectures were conducted to create awareness among the students on Company Secretary Course in association with the Institute of Company Secretary on 28th September 2018 and 26th March 2019.
Our institution also organizes various employment oriented skill developmentncourses in association with agencies and many students are placed after the completion of the course. Digital Marketing courses were conducted in association with Eduessy Co. in which around 130 students had participated and completed the course. Apart from this, our institution also conducted one month Retail Management Course in association with Bharat Vikas Parishad and Raj Foundation in November/ December 2018, in which around 40 students participated, completed their training and got placed in different reputed companies. Also, one month Tours and Travels Course was conducted by the institution in association with Bharat Vikas Parishad and Raj Foundation. Our institution also conducted soft skill development programme through TechnoservenCo. where 55 students participated, out of which 45 students were well placed with reputed firms. A lecture on ‘Career Options after Graduation’ was organized on 12th March 2019, for which the resource person was an expert from Career Launcher. An awareness programme on BFSI programme was conducted on 14th March 2019, in association with the Kotak Education Foundation. Apart from all the above mentioned activities, students were given lectures on GST provisions by ex-Excise Commissioner. Our institution organizes Fun Fair every year which motivates students to put up food and games stalls to instill entrepreneurship.
In addition to employment oriented programmes, our institution also places priority on the well-being of our girl students. A lecture was organized on ‘Female Foeticide’ for which the speaker was Smt. Harsha Pravin Ladhani from National Womens’ Conference. Our institution has also organized a guest lecture on creating awareness about the increasing incidences of Breast Cancer by Dr. Archanan Shetty from the Kokilaben Ambani Hospital. A seminar was organized on Polycystic Ovaries Syndrome, which was conducted by Dr. Seema Gadiwan innassociation with Metropolis Labs, which was an eye opener to our girl students.
Our institution provides facility to pay academic fees in installments and Book Bank facility for deserving students. Faculty takes care to break language barrier by providing explanation in both English and Vernacular medium.
